When the pandemic hit work and life all hit us all pretty hard. What started out as a curiosity soon later began a journey of a Mushroom Farmer. Cory Ahrens founded his mushroom farm during the pandemic and began selling at Farmer Markets as demand rose. He is constantly in the works to better grow and bring freshly grown mushrooms to the market.
